(유다서 1:1-4) 단번에 주신 믿음

많은 사람들이 교회에 다니고 하나님을 믿고 있습니다. 그런데 정작 그 믿음의 경전인 성경의 말씀을 아주 가볍게 여깁니다. 무슨 이야기냐 하면, 성경에 이렇게 번듯하게 믿음이란 ‘단번에 주신 것’이라고 말씀하고 있는데, 신앙생활을 이야기 할 때 항상 노력해야 하는 것이라고 말하는 것을 이야기하고자 함입니다.

물론 신앙은 자랍니다. 그러니까 자란다는 것입니다. 신앙의 변화는 생명에 관한 것입니다. 생명은 단번에 주신 바 되고, 주신 것이 생명이니 그 생명은 본성을 따라 자라는 것입니다. 노력을 생명이라고 말하고 싶지 않다면 믿음과 신앙은 노력하는 것이라고 말하는 것과 자람은 분명히 다른 것입니다.

무엇보다 큰 차이는 시작입니다. 생명은 생명이 되는 순간 온전합니다. 사람이 태어날 때 강아지로 나서 자라면서 사람이 되는 것이 아닙니다. 날 때 이미 온전히 사람인 것입니다. 이는 모든 생명이 그렇다는 것입니다. 그게 생명의 법입니다. 우리의 믿음과 신앙이 바로 이 법에 속한 것입니다. 그런데 지금 많은 사람들은 자신들의 신앙은 예수님과 다르기 때문에 노력하는 것이라고 말합니다. 사람이 어떻게 예수님 같을 수 있느냐고 말합니다. 그리고 그것을 오히려 경건이라고 포장하고 있습니다. 시작이 그렇게 잘못된 것입니다.

우리는 늘 거듭난 신앙이라고 합니다. 거듭났다는 것은 새로운 생명으로 태어났다는 것입니다. 그것도 예수 그리스도의 생명으로 거듭났다고 합니다. 정말로 그것을 믿는다면 이미 자신은 예수 그리스도의 생명으로 온전해야 하는 것입니다. 그런데 사람들은 우리는 사람이니 예수님과 달라서 늘 노력해야 한다는 식으로 자신이 거듭나지 않은 것을 포장하고 있습니다. 그것은 예수님께서 단번에 주신 믿음을 가진 사람들의 모습이 아닙니다. 그런 마음과 신앙을 가지고 있다면 단언컨데 거듭나지 않은 생명입니다.

믿음의 세계는 단번에 되는 것입니다. 생명이란 것은 반인반수가 없습니다. 사람이면 사람이지 그리스로마 신화에 나오는 것과 같이 상반신은 사람이고 하반신은 말인 그런 존재는 없습니다. 예수 그리스도의 생명도 마찬가지입니다. 거듭날 때에 그리스도의 생명으로 나든지 아니면 그리스도의 생명이 없는 것 둘 중의 하나뿐입니다. 

그냥 몸이 교회에 다니면서 들은 풍월로 예수 믿으면 거듭난 생명이 된다고 하니 자신도 그런 줄 알고서 구원 받았다는 둥 거듭난 생명이라는 둥 착각을 하고 있지만 실상은 다릅니다. 거듭나고 구원 받았다면, 예수님께서 단 번에 주신 믿음을 가지고 있다면 당연히 자신도 예수님과 같은 생명이라는 것을 알 것입니다. 

그런데 우리는 다 사람이라 연약하니 예수님과 같이 되려고 노력하는 것이 신앙이라는 식의 가치관을 가지고 있으면서 구원을 받았다고 하거나 거듭났다고 하거나 예수님을 믿는다고 하는 것은 다 노릇하는 것이고 착각하는 것입니다. 그런 사람에게는 구원도 믿음도 거듭남도 없습니다.

영지주의가 이렇듯 우리 가까이 있습니다. 우리가 늘 예수를 잘 믿는다고 생각하는 그 생각이 바로 사도들이 그렇게 경계했던 생각이란 것입니다. 예수님께서는 우리에게 단번에 믿음을 주셨는데, 거듭남이라는 것은 날 때 온전한 것인데, 아직도 사람들은 예수 그리스도로 거듭난 것의 본질적인 의미를 모르는 어두움 중에 있는 것입니다.

우리의 신앙은 거듭나는 순간 예수 그리스도의 생명을 가진 존재입니다. 그 생명이 점점 자라서 그리스도의 장성한 분량에 이르는 것입니다. 이것은 아직 그리스도와 다르기 때문에 노력해서 메우는 것과는 전혀 다른 세계입니다. 아직 온전하지 않기에 노력해서 더 온전해 져야 한다고 믿는 사람들은 육신을 부인하는 자들입니다. 이 육신이 바로 거듭난 그리스도의 생명을 표현하기에 온전한 존재인 것을 부인하는 사람이라는 것입니다. 그것이 율법주의고 영지주의인 것입니다.

신앙이라는 것은 맞으면 맞고 아니면 아닌 것입니다. 이는 예수님께서도 말씀하신 것입니다. 예수 그리스도의 본성을 가졌으면 가진 것입니다. 그러면 온전한 것입니다. 그리스도의 본성을 가졌다면 그것으로 족한 것입니다. 그 생명이. 그 생명의 본성이 우리의 모든 삶을 거룩하게 하고도 남음이 있고 넘쳐납니다. 이것을 믿든지 아니면 사람은 온전할 수 없다고 믿든지 그 둘 중의 하나일 뿐입니다.

교회에 다니면서 예수 믿는 노릇을 하기에 늘 노력해야 하는 신앙을 가진 이들은 예수 만으로 안 된다고 생각합니다. 그래서 행위가 필요하다고 생각합니다. 믿음만 있으면 도적질 해도 된다는 말이냐는 식의 바보 같은 소리나 지껄입니다. 모든 것 되시고 온전한 예수님의 생명으로 거듭났으면 모든 것이 있고 온전한 것이지 뭔 잔 말이 그리도 많은지 감당하기도 어렵습니다.

유다 사도는 이것을 지켜야 할 것이라고 말씀하고 있습니다. 예수님께서 우리에게 주신 믿음은 단번에 되는 것이라는 것을 지켜야 한다는 것입니다. 그리스도의 생명은 단번에 거듭나게 하여 그 거듭난 생명이 자라고 자라서 그리스도의 장성함에 이르는 것이라는 것을 분명하게 말씀하면서 이 믿음을 지켜야 한다고 말씀하고 있는 것입니다.

(Jude 1: 1-4) One-time faith

Many people go to church and believe in God. However, I take the Scripture very lightly, which is the scripture of the faith. What I mean is that the Bible tells us that faith is "given at once", which is what we should always do when we talk about our faith life.

We are always born again. Being born again is born as a new life. It is said that it was born again as the life of Jesus Christ. If you really believe it, you are already in the life of Jesus Christ. However, people are packing things that we are not born again, that we are people, and that we should always try to be different from Jesus. It is not the kind of people with the faith Jesus gave at once. If you have such a heart and faith, it is life that is not born again.

The world of faith is at once. There is no half life in life. There is no such thing as a human being, the upper body is a person, and the lower half is a horse, as in Greek mythology. The same is true of the life of Jesus Christ. It is only one of two things: the birth of Christ at birth or the absence of Christ's life.

If you believe in Jesus, you will be born again. If you believe that you are born again, you are saved and you are saved. However, the reality is different. If you are born again and saved, you will know that if you have faith in Jesus once, you are, of course, the same life as Jesus.

But we are all people. We are weak. We are trying to be like Jesus. We have a sense of faith. We are saved and believed in Jesus. There is no salvation, faith, or regeneration for such a person.

Gnosticism is like this. The idea that we always believe in Jesus is the idea that the apostles were so vigilant. Jesus gave us faith at once, but being born again is perfect when we are still in the darkness, where we do not know the essential meaning of being born again into Jesus Christ.

Our faith is the moment when we are born again with the life of Jesus Christ. The life grows and grows to the mature portion of Christ. This is a world entirely different from Christ because it is different from Christ. Those who believe that they should be more complete by trying not to be perfect are those who deny the flesh. This flesh is the one who denies being a perfect being to express the life of the born again Christ. That is the law of the Highlandism.

Faith is right or not right. This is what Jesus said. If we had the nature of Jesus Christ, we would have. Then it is complete. If you have the nature of Christ, you are satisfied with it. That life. The nature of life sanctifies all our lives, and there is still more and more. Whether you believe this or believe that man can not be perfect, it is just one of them.

I believe that Jesus is not the only person who has faith in going to church and always trying to believe in Jesus. So I think it needs action. It is silly to say that you can steal if you have faith. If we are born again as the life of all, and whole, Jesus, everything is complete and perfect, and there are so many things that we can not afford.

Judas says that it must be kept. The belief that Jesus gave us is to be kept at once. It is saying that the life of Christ must be regenerated at once to keep this belief by making it clear that the regenerating life is to grow and grow to Christ's greatness.
