(로마서 8:12-17) 하나님의 영으로 인도 받는 하나님의 아들

무릇 하나님의 영으로 인도함을 받는 그들은 곧 하나님의 아들이라 너희는 다시 무서워하는 종의 영을 받지 아니하였고 양자의 영을 받았으므로 아바 아버지라 부르짖느니라(롬 8:14-15)

많은 신앙인들이 하나님을 믿고 하나님을 아버지라고 부르면 하나님의 아들이 되는 것이라고 믿고 있습니다. 그것은 틀린 말은 아니지만 한 가지 중요한 것, 아니 핵심적인 것이 있는데 그것은 다름이 아니라 아버지라고 부르려면 먼저 아버지와 아들의 관계가 형성이 되어야 하는 것이라는 것입니다. 그러니까 성경에서 <아바 아버지>라고 부른다고 하니 하나님을 그렇게 부르면 아들이 된다고 여기는 것은 소용이 없는 것입니다. <아바 아버지>라고 부른다는 것은 그런 관계가 되었다는 것입니다.

바울 사도는 하나님을 ‘아버지’라고 부르는 조건, 아니 먼저 선행되어야 할 사건으로, <하나님의 영으로 인도함을 받는 사람>이 되어야 한다고 말씀하고 있습니다. 그러니까 하나님을 <아바 아버지>로 부르는 양자가 된다는 것은 하나님의 아들이란 하나님의 영으로 인도함을 받는 사람을 말하기에 하나님의 영으로 인도하심을 받는 사람이어야 하나님을 <아바 아버지>라 부른다는 것입니다.

하나님의 영으로 인도함을 받는다는 것은 전적으로 하나님의 의지가 사람을 주관하는 것에 관한 것입니다. 이것은 일반적으로 사람들이 살아가면서 당면한 선택에 있어 하나님의 뜻을 물어 선택하는 것에 관한 것이 아닙니다. 예를 들어 대학입시를 앞둔 자녀가 있다고 할 때(본인이라도 같은 상황) 어느 대학, 어떤 학과를 가는 것이 하나님의 뜻이고 인도하심인지를 기도해 보고 하나님의 뜻을 좇아 대학을 정하는 사람이 하나님의 인도하심을 받는 하나님의 아들이라는 의미가 아니라는 것입니다.

많은 사람들이 알고 있듯, 삶의 선택의 순간에 하나님이 원하시는 것을 알아서 그것을 좇아야 한다는 것이나, 또 다른 상황, 성경대로 선택했을 때 손해를 볼 수 있지만 그것을 선택하는 것과 같은 것이 하나님의 인도하심이나 하나님의 뜻을 좇는 것이라고 생각하는 것은 언뜻 하나님의 인도하심을 따르는 것 같지만, 냉정하게 이 상황을 본다면 결국 그 선택이 필요하게 된 이유나, 그 선택의 결과가 미치는 영향 모두 육신의 삶에 있다는 것입니다.

인도하신다는 것은 목적지가 있다는 것

인도한다는 것은 목적지가 있다는 것입니다. 그냥 함께 가는 것이나, 도깨비 방망이처럼 필요한 것을 공급하시는 분으로 하나님을 믿는 것이 인도하심의 본질이라고는 할 수 없는 것입니다. 인도하겠다는 것은 전적으로 목적지가 있다는 것입니다. 아브라함에게 본토 아비 친척집을 떠나라고 하실 때도 <내가 지시할 땅>이라는 곳으로 가라고 하셨습니다. 하나님께서 목적하신 자리가 있으니 인도하신 것이라는 것입니다.

따라서 하나님의 인도하심은 하나님께서 의도하신 자리로 가는 것을 말합니다. 하나님께서 사람이 가야할 자리가 있다고 정하셨기 때문에 사람이 그곳으로 가는 것을 인도하시는 것입니다. 사람이 자기가 원하고, 또 자기 생각에 하나님을 위하는 것이라고 생각되는 것을 위해 하나님께서 도우시는 것을 인도하시는 것이라고 하는 것이 아니라는 것입니다.

바울 사도가 하나님의 인도하심을 받는 이가 하나님의 아들이라고 하신 것이 바로 이것 때문입니다. 하나님의 아들이란 하나님의 의가 형식을 가진 존재로 드러난 것이고, 하나님의 의가 사람을 통해서 나타난다는 것은 하나님께서 사람을 지으신 목적입니다. 그러므로 하나님께서 인도하시는 목적지는 다름이 아니라 하나님께서 사람을 지으신 자리이고, 그 자리는 바로 하나님의 의가 삶으로 나타나는 자리니 아들이 되는 것입니다.

그러므로 하나님의 인도하심을 받는 사람은 그 목적지가 아주 분명한 사람입니다. 그 목적지는 다름이 아니라 하나님의 아들입니다. 하나님의 아들은 하나님의 의를 나타내는 존재이니, 하나님께서 의를 나타내시기 위하여 만드신 사람의 자리인 것입니다. 그러니 그 분명한 목적이 있으니 그 목적을 세우신 하나님께서 분명하게 인도하시는 것입니다. 그리고 그것 외에 하나님께서 사람을 인도하심은 없습니다. 사람을 향한 목적이 그것 하나이니 하나님의 인도하심도 당연히 하나인 것입니다.

반면에 하나님의 인도하심을 받지 못하는 사람들은 <무서워하는 종의 영>을 받는다고 했습니다. 무서워한다는 것은 어디로 갈지 모른다는 것입니다. 무슨 일이 일어날지 모른다는 것입니다. 그래서 무서운 것입니다. 다시 말해서 목적이 없으니 두려운 것입니다. 그러므로 이 두려움은 흑암에 관한 것입니다. 

빛이 없는 곳에 가면 무엇이 나를 어떻게 할지 몰라서 두렵습니다. 그곳이 설사 자신의 방이라고 해도 빛이 없어 어두우면 무섭고 두려운 법입니다. 오히려 무엇이 있는지는 아는데 보이지 않으니, 그것이 자신에게 부딪히거나 넘어질까 두렵습니다. 이와 같이 목적이 없다는 것은 방향이 없다는 것입니다. 사람이 흑암과 혼돈 가운데 있다는 것이 바로 그것입니다. 

무섭다는 것은 ‘왜 사는지’, ‘인생의 의미가 무엇인지 모르는 것’

이것은 인생을 왜 사는지 모르는 것을 말합니다. 하나님께서 사람을 지으신 목적이 있는데 그것이 없으면 ‘왜 사는지’ 모르고 인생의 의미를 모릅니다. 그래서 두렵습니다. 그리고 그렇게 존재의 목적을 알지 못한다는 것은 당연히 하나님의 인도하심이 없는 것입니다. 하나님의 인도하심은 하나님의 목적으로 인도하심인데 하나님께서 자신을 만드신 목적을 모르는데 인도하심이 있을 수 없습니다. 그러니 무섭습니다. 하지만 무서움이 문제가 아닙니다. 그것은 하나님의 아들이 아니라는 이야기라는 것이 더 두려운 것입니다.

그러므로 그냥 교회에 다닌다고, 또 자기가 하나님을 믿는다고 그냥 하나님을 아바 아버지라고 부르면 하나님이 자신의 아버지가 되는 것이 아닙니다. 아버지는 자기 존재의 이유를 가지신 분입니다. 따라서 하나님이 자기 존재의 이유를 가지신 분이라는 것을 인정하고 그것이 신앙의 핵심이 아닌데 하나님을 아버지가 될 수 없는 것입니다. 하나님을 아버지라 부르다 목이 터진다 해도 소용없는 것입니다.

따라서 우리는 하나님을 <아바 아버지>라 불러서 하나님의 아들이 되려고 할 것이 아닙니다. 하나님을 진정 자신의 아버지로 모시려 한다면, 자기 삶의 존재 이유와 목적이 하나님께 있다는 것을 고백하는 것이 먼저 있어야 하는 것입니다. 그 고백이 참될 때 그때는 호적에서 팔 수 없는 아들이 되는 것입니다. 하나님의 창조목적이 자기 삶의 이유가 되었는데 그 아들됨이 어떻게 될 수 없는 것입니다. 그래서 예수 안에서 우리를 끊을 수 없다고 하시는 것입니다.

(Romans 8: 12-17) The Son of God led by the Spirit of God

because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba, Father."(Rm 8:14-15)

Many believers believe that if they believe in God and call God Father, they will become the Son of God. It is not wrong, but there is one important thing, or a core one, that if we can call the father, not the difference, then the relationship between father and son must be formed. So, in the Bible, it is called Abba Father. It is useless to think of God as a son if you call it that way. The fact that we call it "Abba Father" means that we have such a relationship.

Paul says that the Apostle should be a condition to call God the Father, but a precedent to be led by God's Spirit. In other words, to be a son that calls God Abba the Father is to say that the Son of God is the one who is led by the Spirit of God to speak of the man who is led by the Spirit of God.

Being guided by the Spirit of God is entirely about God's willingness to rule man. This is not about asking God's will for choices that people usually make in their lives. For example, if you have a child who is going to university entrance exam (in the same situation as yourself), who is going to go to a department and what kind of department is God's will and guidance, and who decides college according to God's will? It is not meant to be the Son of God.

As many people know, in the moments of life choices, you need to know what God wants and follow it, or another situation, you can see the damage when you choose according to the Bible, but choosing it is like God's guidance or God's It seems to follow God's guidance at first glance, but if you look at this situation calmly, then it is in the physical life that the choice is necessary, or the effect of the result of the choice.

Guiding have to be Purpose!!

To lead is to have a destination. Believing in God as the one who supplies just what we need together, such as a goblin bat, is not the essence of guiding. To lead is to have a destination entirely. When he asked Abraham to leave the home of his father-in-law, he told him to go to a place called "The Land I will Direct". That is because God has a purpose.

Therefore, the guidance of God means going to the place where God intended. Because God has decided that there is a place for man to go, he is leading a man to go there. This is not to say that man leads God's help for what he desires and what he thinks is for God in his thoughts.

This is why Paul's apostle said that the one who is led by God is the Son of God. The Son of God is revealed as being in the form of the righteousness of God, and the righteousness of God through man is God's purpose for man. Therefore, the destination God leads is not the same, but God is the place where man made it, and that place is the Son where the righteousness of God appears in life.

Therefore, those who receive God's guidance are very clear in their destination. The destination is not the same but the Son of God. The Son of God is a manifestation of the righteousness of God, the place of man made by God to manifest righteousness. Therefore, there is a clear purpose, and the God who has set the purpose clearly guides. And besides that, God does not lead man. It is one purpose for man, and of course God is one.

On the other hand, those who do not receive the guidance of God receive the Spirit of a scared servant. To be afraid is that you do not know where to go. I do not know what will happen. So it is scary. In other words, I am afraid that I have no purpose. Therefore, this fear is about darkness.

I fear that if I go where there is no light, I do not know what to do with me. Even if it is his room, there is no light, and if it is dark, it is fearful and fearful. I know what it is, but I am afraid that it will hit or fall on myself. This lack of purpose means there is no direction. That is why people are in darkness and chaos.

Who is scared because do not know why live, they do not know what the meaning of life is,

This means that you do not know why you live your life. God has the purpose of man, but without it he does not know why he lives and does not know the meaning of life. So I am afraid. And so it is not God's guidance that you do not know the purpose of existence. The guidance of God leads to the purpose of God, but there is no guiding that God does not know His purposes. So scary. But fear is not a problem. It is more fearful that it is not the Son of God.

So if you just go to church and you believe in God and just call God Abba, you do not become God's father. Father is the person who has a reason for his existence. Therefore, we acknowledge that God is the reason of his existence, and that is not the core of faith, and can not become God Father. It is useless to call God God Father.

So we are not to call God Abba the Father and be the Son of God. If you really want to take God as your Father, you must first confess that you have God's purpose and purpose in your life. When that confession is true, then it becomes a son that can not be sold in the family register. God's purpose of creation is the reason for his life, and his sonhood can not be done. That is why we can not break us in Jesus.
